  • Our sessions take place using a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform that allows you to do therapy from the comfort of your own space. You will log in via your patient portal before each session and enter the virtual waiting room until our session begins.

  • Yes, in-person sessions are available at my Kingwood location.

  • Intake (Individuals): 75 Minute Session- $150

    Individual : 50 Minute Session - $110

    Couples/Family: 90 Minute Session $165

  • Initially, we will go over the guidelines together to make sure you understand and agree to them. Next, we'll focus on what brought you to counseling and discuss any previous counseling experiences you may have had. If time allows, we will discuss what your goals are. My intent is that during your initial visit we begin to work together on building a stronger connection.

  • Treatment timelines are specific for every individual based on the goals they set for themselves. During our initial sessions, once we have established goals for treatment, together we will set a timeline for treatment. Periodically, we will review your progress to ensure we are meeting your expectations.
